SUBSTANCE: proposed device that incorporates provision for eliminating mechanism in varying amplitudes of stray spectrum components as function of their disposition on frequency axis has controlled digital phase shifter and pulse generator made in the form of random-pulse generator whose control input functions as that used to enter encoded frequency shift in reversing counter whose count direction control input functions as input for polarity code of frequency shift being entered.
EFFECT: reduced amplitude of stray components of phase-modulated signal spectrum.
