SUBSTANCE: the device has a metal belt with cutting edges over the entire length, a signaling core is rolled inside it in the longitudinal direction. The signaling core is made of a current-conducting elastic material with a volume resistivity of 103-105 Ohm.cm. One or more elastic non-insulated conductors are positioned inside the core in the longitudinal direction. Porous current-conducting polyethylene is used as the current-conducting elastic material, it contains foaming polyethylene concentrate and current-conducting polyethylene filler with acetylene soot (20-40%) at a ratio of the mentioned components within 1:3 to 1:5. The gap between the edges of the rolled metal belt may be filled with an elastic sealant.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the barbed-wire belt structures.
