FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for calibrating soil deformation sensors includes frame, cylinder vessel with sample of soil, open at ends, mutual inductance coils encased in body in form of oyster-like disk, horizontal movement unit of one of coils and signal registration device. Device additionally includes vertical movement unit for moveable coil. Coil is closed with cover of resiliently deformable material having dielectric penetrability coefficient close to soil and thickness not less than predicted soil deformation.
EFFECT: increased precision of calibration of soil deformation sensors.
