SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, information displaying device, containing primary color signal generator, synchronization input of which is the synchronization input of device, and first output is connected to first inputs of first comparison block, first adder, output of which is connected to first information input of video control block, synchronization input of which is connected to synchronization input of device, generator of symbol-graphical information, synchronization input of which is connected to synchronization input of device, and output - to control input of commutator, first output of which is connected to second input of first adder, additionally contains second and third comparison blocks, first inputs of which are connected respectively to second and third inputs of primary color generator, block for setting controllable threshold voltages, inputs of which are adjustment inputs of device, and outputs are connected to second inputs of, respectively, first, second and third comparison blocks, a decoder, inputs of which are connected to outputs of comparison blocks, symbol color signal generator and second and third adders, outputs of which are connected respectively to second and third information inputs of video control block, first inputs - to second and third outputs of primary color signal generator, and second inputs - to second and third outputs of commutator, information inputs of which are connected to outputs of symbol color signal generator, inputs of which are connected to decoder outputs.

EFFECT: expanded range of applications of device due to possible display of information in any color with changing color background, increased contrast.
