FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes interaction of trifluoromethyl hypofluorite with symmetric difluoridichloroethylene followed by neutralization and rectification of intermediate ester and dechlorination thereof in presence of zinc dust in dimethylsulfoxide medium. Said interaction is carried out at temperature of (-80)-(-25)°C to increase yield and purity of target product.
EFFECT: method of increased yield and product purity.
