FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and contains all criteria of device described in SU 1840681. In order to achieve technical result, it is equipped with unit of selection and storage, register of displacement, element NO-AND, element AND and clock pulse generator. Output of time delay unit is connected to the second unit of summator via unit of selection and storage, output of threshold unit is connected to input of displacement register, discharge outputs of which are connected via element NO-AND with the first input of element AND, output of which is connected with control input of selection and storage unit, and output of clock pulse generator is connected with control input of displacement register and with the second input of AND element.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of detection of echo-signals of closely located targets.
