SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of a radio engineering and can be used in flexible metal-hose or cable aerials. Arrangement contains two cylinders with various diameters and with the electrodes applied on their lateral surfaces. The specified cylinders are allocated coaxially from each other with an air slot between them. Thus end faces of the internal and external cylinder are rigidly pinned, and the electrodes applied on lateral surfaces of the cylinders, are jointed in an anti-parallel manner, taking into account polarisation mark.

EFFECT: increase of specific sensitivity of the receiver.
