FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hydrophone can be used for conducting sea prospecting works. Hydrophone has at least two piezo-ceramic cylinders with edge caps. Cylinders are disposed in flexible rod, filled with liquid-type gel, by means of supporting member. Cylinders with caps are connected coaxially by rubber-type bushings. Two free edge caps of tied cylinders are also provided with bushings. Any bushing has at least three radial lobes. Ends of lobes have curvature which corresponds to internal diameter of hose. Electric outputs of cylinders are connected to each other to form outputs of hydrophone.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity; widened functional abilities.
