SUBSTANCE: device includes a heterodyne channel number decoder, whose input is connected to the output of a random number sensor connected to the input of a noise analyser and a control unit, outputs of which are connected to the noise analyser and the random number sensor. The device also includes a divider circuit connected by one input to the random number sensor and a first inhibit circuit, and by the other input to the noise analyser, a video detector and a second inhibit circuit, wherein the output of the divider circuit is connected through the noise analyser to a comparator circuit and the first inhibit circuit, the output of the comparator circuit is connected to the second input of the second inhibit circuit, the output of which is connected to the random number sensor; the output of the first inhibit circuit is connected to the heterodyne channel number decoder.
EFFECT: high efficiency of tuning frequency on a random law in narrow-band interference conditions.
