SUBSTANCE: device includes series-connected receiver, the input of which is the input of the device, a gate generator, a resolving unit, the second input of which is connected to the output of a count pulse generator and a pulse duration metre. The device also includes, connected to the second output of the receiver in series, a signal strength measuring unit, a threshold device, a flip-flop unit, an additional resolving unit, a correction pulse duration metre and an adder, wherein the second input of the additional resolving unit is connected to the second output of the count pulse generator, and the output of the pulse duration metre is connected to the second input of the adder, the input of which is the output of the device.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring pulse duration in a wide dynamic range.
