FIELD: production of powdered explosive compounds.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of powdered explosive compounds, namely compositions of TGAF-5 type. Invention is aimed at automation of production. According to method of producing powdered multicomponent compositions for ammunition, aluminium powder, deterrent and water are loaded into plant equipped with jacket and agitator, in ratio solid:liquid = 1:1 and suspension is heated to temperature by 5-10 °C higher than deterrent melting point. Maintained at this temperature for 15-20 minutes. Then suspension is cooled down to 75 °C and added with hexogen and again heated to deterrent melting point. Maintained at this temperature for 15-20 minutes and cooled down to 35-40 °C.
EFFECT: then solution of trinitrotoluene in acetone and water is added for complete crystallisation of trotyl from solvent, suspension is filtered on vacuum funnel and end product is produced on filter.
