SUBSTANCE: disposable cartridge for heat-exchanging apparatuses pipe lattices pipes electrical hydraulic pulse expansion has initiating wire, filler and isolating body, that is made of chuck and head with bottom fixing axial location of wire. The cartridge differs from others by the fact, that to decrease cost of cartridge and its residual wastes in expanded pipe after initiating wire explosion the cartridge is made of paper impregnated with varnish, for example, Bakelite varnish, and is hermetically fixed to head by ring-type bulge made on head bottom.
