FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has plasma source of accelerated ions and sequence of chambers which are located at output of plasma source. Each chamber has coaxial input and output apertures for passing beam of accelerated ions. In addition device has vacuum pumps. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced two ribbons which are made from foil and are located inside one chamber between its input and output apertures. Said ribbons are mounted for movement with respect to apertures of this chamber in synchronism with working cycles of pulse ion source. Material and thickness of foil conform to condition of foil through burning by beam of accelerated ions. EFFECT: increased pulse power of output beams.
