FIELD: restoration of ozone layer. SUBSTANCE: method involves lifting of a source of liquid oxygen to an altitude of 10-15 km by means of a flying vehicle. Liquid oxygen is produced from air by letting hydrogen pass through an electric ozonizer with a supersonic nozzle, and also the use of secondary nitrogen-hydrogen and primary nitrogen cooling agent resources. EFFECT: higher output of ozone added to atmosphere per unit of time. 3 dwg
