SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in producing ozone from air oxygen using electric discharge at pressure of 10 mm Hg predominantly for the purpose of employing ozone in flying vehicles with the object of restoring protective ozone layer in Earth's atmosphere, blowing out electric discharge space of ozonator with air flow having velocity of Mach number of 0.8 minimum.
