The chassis carry driven levers 7, and the upper driven member of the pulling mechanism is mounted on the external side of lever 7. Device 4 is mounted at the rear of the chassis for slewing in the vertical lateral plane. The pulling and cutting mechanisms are mounted both sides of the chassis.
