FIELD: silviculture. SUBSTANCE: tree harvesting machine comprises pulling device consisting of upper and lower working tools mounted on self-propelled chassis 1, winch with drive, twig-cutting mechanism 6 and hydraulic manipulator 3 with grab 4. Lower power-operated working tool has the form of a roll 11 installed on winch shaft by means of controllable coupling while upper roll 14 is nondriven and is capable of turning in vertical transverse plane of machine. Opposite end of chassis frame 2 carries a sawing mechanism 16 for cutting the trees into sections. The pulling and twig-cutting mechanism are mounted on both sides of the self-propelled chassis.
