FIELD: angling. SUBSTANCE: device has a base, prop, and a two-arm rocker hinged to the prop. One arm has a reel with fishing-line, and the other arm has a bite-signal device. The latter is fixed in the lower position with a rubber ring. As the fish bites, the fishing-line turns the rocker to release the bite-signalling device. The latter goes up to become visible while the reel is lowered to ease out the fishing-line. EFFECT: convenience in fishing; easy fishing-line slackening-out; reliable bite signalling. 4 dwg
