SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recreational and sport fishing. The vent contains a base, a stand, a lever, a bite signaling device in the form of a bright flag with a flagpole and a reel for winding fishing line, put on the axis, threaded at the free end and fixed with a nut, with the possibility of free rotation in both directions. The stand is fixed on the base with the possibility of rotation in both directions. At its end there is a stop for the lever, which is installed at the same end of the rack with the possibility of rotation in both directions. At the end of the lever on the side of the rack there is a scarf, in which a cutout is made above the rack stop. The flagpole of the bite signaling device, made in the form of an elastic tape, is inserted into a vertical slot at the end of the stand stop. On the surface of the middle part of the axis, free from threads, two thickenings are located diametrically opposite to each other, in the form of protrusions, the height of which from the surface of the axis is 0.2…0.6 mm, and the length is within 2…5 mm. A through hole in the form of a slot 0.7…0.9 of the reel width and 0.2…0.5 of the axle diameter is cut in the body of the axle between these protrusions.
