FIELD: fishing and fish farming.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a base, a post, a bite signalling device in the form of a bright flag with a flagpole and a device for winding the fishing line, made in the form of reel. Base has the shape of an inverted plate with a line cut-out. On it pivotally, with the possibility of rotation in both directions, a stand is installed in the form of a channel. At its end, a lever made in the form of a plate with a gusset is installed hingedly and with possibility of rotation in both sides. On the end of the lever with possibility of free rotation a reel with a fishing line and with a nut on the axis end is installed. In the working position, the post is installed vertically, the lever is located above the base, in the aperture slot on the post a flagpole is inserted, which, after the fishing line is lowered into water, is bent and inserted with the signal flag end between the reel shelves, braking it. When biting, reel turns, flagpole straightens and raises a flag. In the transport position, the lever and the post are turned on the hinges so that the lever enters the rack, and the post - inside the U-shaped cavity on the base. Flagpole preliminarily removed from the rack, bending, is laid inside the base under the tabs, fixed on the collar, installed along the perimeter of the base.
