FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two-chamber housing 1 and unit for producing vacuum with a by-pass assembly located in the housing cylindrical portion. The vacuum producing unit is provided with cover 3 disposed on the housing cylindrical portion, guide for reciprocal and rotary motion of a located in the cover. The piston is made in the form of elastic cup 4 mounted on a rod at the end face of which a friction member in the form of an end journal is formed on the piston side. Partition with opening 9 in which two circular stepped slots are made is interposed between the cylindrical portion of the housing and an evacuated member, membrane 6 with an opening adapted to be registered with opening 9 of the partition being disposed in the first stepped slot and stop ring 5 in contact with membrane 6 being disposed in the second stepped slot. The rod is mounted in cover 5 with a gap. The device furthermore has by-pass channel 10 formed in the housing cylindrical portion wall in the zone of contact with cover. The evacuated member is made in the form of a bell mouth. Scale 12 is adapted for indicating a vacuum degree. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
