SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vacuum massage of patients with neurological diseases and for prevention of post-operational pneumonia. The device consists of transparent cylinder, rod with handle on one end and piston with the elastic ring on another end, guide sleeve installed correspondingly to the rod, cylinder and piston. The device is supplied with brackets and pins housed in the rod perpendicularly to its axis to provide fixation with piston in specific position, when turned about axis. The guide sleeve has a slot to provide the free pin passage and is installed correspondingly with the use of bracket.
EFFECT: device is easy-to-use.
