FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir 1, spraying chamber 2, dielectric partition 3 disposed in reservoir 1, planar piezoelectric resonator 4 fixed around the perimeter of partition 3, two metallic reflectors 5 and two small baths 6 for drugs. The reservoir is filled with immersion medium 7, for example with a distilled water. The apparatus furthermore has removable gas-impermeable partition 8, inlet and some outlet branch pipes 9 mounted on the housing of chamber 2, heating members 10, level tracking device 11 with connecting pipes, high-frequency oscillator 12. The apparatus is characterized in that at oscillation of the piezoelectric resonator longitudinal ultrasonic oscillations are excited in the immersion medium in two directions which impinging on reflectors 5 and being reflected from them pass into the drug and being focussed at the drug-air interface produce two ultrasonic fountains 14 from which as a result of action of cavitation and wave processes a fine-dispersed aerosol of the used drug inspired by a patient passes into the cavity of chamber 2. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
