FIELD: liquid spraying equipment. SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic sprayer has liquid spraying unit made in the form of mixing chamber with liquid and conveyance gas inlet branch pipes and discharge branch pipe for separating sprayed liquid sol. Mixing chamber and discharge branch pipe are activated by ultrasonics. Sprayer may be used in spectral analysis for supplying sol to source, as well as in fuel supply systems of furnaces and internal combustion engines. Sol produced in closed mixing chamber, which is vibrating at concentrator frequency, is blown from mixing chamber at predetermined rate by conveyance gas allowing finely dispersed sol to be produced. Ultrasonic activation of mixing chamber and discharge branch pipe prevents particles contained in liquid from settling or entrapment on walls of apparatus. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and provision for obtaining finely dispersed sol. 1 dwg
