FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ultrasonic equipment, namely to devices for fine dispersion of liquids. Electrostatic ultrasonic spraying device comprises a piezoelectric transducer, a concentrator having an element with a spraying surface, in which a sprayed liquid supply channel is made, ultrasonic generator, corona-forming electrodes, which are supplied with high voltage supporting corona discharge, located around spraying surface. Concentrator consists of two stages with smooth transitions, is made of solid aluminium alloy, has a liquid supply channel, the inlet of which is located on its side surface at distance of 1/4 of the wavelength from the spraying surface, and the outlet is in the centre of the spraying surface having the shape of a circle with diameter less than 1/8 of wavelength.
EFFECT: uniform deposition of aerosol on treated surface at low flows of supplied liquid with low boiling point, reduced effect of external sources of contamination and increased operational period of oscillating system.
