FIELD: crushing of ore and other materials. SUBSTANCE: crusher has ring 1 with inner conical surface, roll 3 formed as truncated cone and eccentrically disposed, charging unit 4 and discharge unit 5. Ring I is mounted on roller supports 2. Charging and discharge units have trough 6 with outlet slit 7, which is expanded in the direction of roll cone opening. Angles of inclination of roll outer surface and ring inner surface are equal to 3-16 deg. Ratio of average diameters of roll and ring inner surfaces is equal to 0.3-0.8.
