SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various materials, used in the production of construction materials, as well as in other industries The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. An external tapered ring 9 is attached to the lower end of the loading pipe 2 by means of a spring support 7 with a smaller base 8, to which, by means of vertical blades 10, an internal tapered ring 11 is rigidly attached along their entire length, on the upper base of which a round bottom 12, an internal 11 and an external 9 tapered rings have parallel generatrices, the minimum distance between which exceeds 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material, and their tilt angleα to the horizon exceeds the angleβ of friction of the material. The outer tapered ring 9 in the lower part is rigidly connected to the upper horizontal disk 4. The lower horizontal sections of the tapered rings 9 and 11 are in the same plane with the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4. A vertical perforated ring 13 is rigidly attached to the lower cut of the outer tapered ring 9. Hammers 15 symmetrically located relative to the vertical axis are rigidly attached to the central protrusion 14 of the lower horizontal disk 5, providing a radial gap between the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the hammers 15 and the inner surface of the vertical perforated ring 13, as well as a vertical gap between the upper surface of the hammers 15 and the lower horizontal cut of the tapered rings 9 and 11, exceeding Dmax. Behind the perforated vertical ring 13, on the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4 and on the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5, radial ribs 16 and 17 are rigidly fixed with a vertical process gap between them. The holes 18 of the vertical perforated ring 13 are made truncated cone shaped with a smaller base inside, the diameter of which is equal to (0.1...0.5)Dmax.
