CENTRIFUGAL DISC SHREDDER Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B02C7/00 B02C13/22

Abstract RU 2755473 C1

FIELD: construction and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc shredder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 nozzles, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. On the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5, vertical radial blades 7 are symmetrically and rigidly fixed in plan, on their upper ends, concentric rings 8 are rigidly fixed, separated by vertical cylindrical partitions 9 with radial through holes 10 in their height. On the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4, prismatic elements 11 are rigidly fixed one after another along concentric circles with a bevel on the lower surface in the direction of rotation, located opposite the concentric rings 8 between vertical cylindrical partitions 9 with a technological radial gap. The minimum vertical gap between the lower surface of the prismatic elements 11 and the upper surface of the concentric rings 8 decreases uniformly from the center of the horizontal disks 4 and 5 to their periphery from Dmax to (0.1...0.5) Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. In the center, in the side surfaces of the inner concentric ring 8, a spreader 12 with vertical blades 13 is rigidly fixed, the diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the loading nozzle 2 and the diameter of the circumference of the inner ends of the vertical radial blades 7, the outer ends of which are located on the periphery of the lower disk 5, and their height exceeds Dmax. There is a technological vertical gap between the upper ends of the vertical cylindrical partitions 9 and the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4. Each concentric ring 8 with a width exceeding Dmax has a ribbed surface with through holes 14 sequentially arranged along its length, which have the shape of a truncated cone with a smaller upper base, the diameter of which is equal to (0.1...0.5) Dmax. The width of the radial through holes 10 in the vertical cylindrical partitions 9 exceeds Dmax.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of the grinding process.
