As a result power chamber is opened for exhaustion and valve is pressed to end of branch pipe to provide for sealing of power chamber. As a result striker is urged to be moved downward to deliver strike to housing lower cover. During one cycle striker delivers two strikes to housing for exciting vibratory oscillations in housing and generating these oscillations through housing to consumer.
