FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: presented invention refers to vibration engineering and may be used in building industry, mining industry and other branches of industry. Presented vibration generator contains body structure, which includes striker with diaphragms located from side of one of its face ends, at that one diaphragm is secured on body structure along outer boundary and connected to striker along inner boundary, another diaphragm is secured on body structure along inner boundary and connected to striker along outer boundary, opposite processing chambers provided with system of energy carrier distribution consisting of located on opposite sides of body structure inlet ducts with boundary members, which are provided with movably mounted valves of release ducts and channel, arranged in striker, connecting release ducts with atmosphere which is done with possibility of alternate opening of inlet duct and closure of release duct for one processing chamber upon closing of inlet duct and opening of release duct for the other chamber and vice versa during axial movement of striker, at that one of opposite processing chambers is restricted by diaphragm secured on body structure along outer boundary and connected to striker along inner boundary and diaphragm secured on body structure along inner boundary and connected to striker along outer boundary. This vibration generator may be implemented in two versions of its design.
EFFECT: simple vibration generator with stable vibration system and higher output performance.
