FIELD: fine material classification equipment. SUBSTANCE: material is fed into grinding chamber by ejector under the action of compressed air exiting from nozzles material particles collide one with the other and as a result are subjected to grinding. Then powdered material is supplied to centrifugal separation rotor entrance. Major portion of air flow passes through space between rotor and discharge branch pipe into grinding chamber. It prevents large particles from getting into small fraction branch pipe. The remaining portion of air flow is delivered into inner cavities of columns and into openings and entrains large particles into grinding chamber. Small fraction is discharged through branch pipe to cyclone dust separator. Separated material containing large particles is repeatedly fed into grinding chamber through branch pipe and ejector. Atomized powder material is collected in hopper. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
