FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and can be used in metallurgy, machine building, chemical, nuclear and other industries related to processing of powdery materials for separation of particles according to size. Air-centrifugal powder classifier of cyclone-type represents a counterflow cyclone with inlet swirling nozzle, cylinder-taper casing with bottom dust removal pipe introduced to dust receiving bin, upper axial outlet pipe connected with a device for fine purification, having discharge pipe of captured fine powder and a dust-gas discharge pipe connected to blower suction pipe. Dust receiving bin is equipped with lower discharge pipe with unloading device, for example, of slide type and connected to housing of feeder bin, having top loading pipe and lower discharge pipe with dispenser, located above loading device, which is located at inlet of circulation pipe connected with inlet swirling nozzle of cyclone. Dust receiving cyclone bin and feeder bin are equipped with monitoring sensors for degree of loading of bins connected to input of a microprocessor, control signal from which is transmitted to drive of discharge device of dust receiving bin and dispenser of feeder bin.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation of powders.
