FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: this method comprises centrifugal separation of particles at the centre of upward dust-gas flow, obtainment of medium fraction and circulation of said particles. At the centre of tangential upward flow, a dust-gas flow of initial particles is formed and directed into shaped separation zone to isolate coarse fraction of particles blows by extra opposite gas flow at the rate of 10-30% of the main flow. Medium fraction of particles is fed after centrifugal classification by ejection into grinding zone composed by vortex chamber with opposed swirled dust-gas flows for circulation of these particles. Gas flow with fine fraction is fed into shaped separation zone at, at least, a thrice increase in centrifugal force compared to drag of particles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of classification, expanded range of separation adjustment.
