Branch pipe runs through hollow of accumulating vessel and carries shut off mechanism on its end. Made on branch pipe part located in accumulating vessel are discharge holes. Shaft of conveying worm protrudes beyond plant body and located in branch pipe. Spiral thread with opposite direction of screws is made on conveying worm part located in branch pipe.
