FIELD: automotive industry, tire manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: ring-shaped template has the sizes corresponding to the internal perimeter of the manufactured tire with due regard for the preset extension of tire breaker during pressing which precedes tire curing. Two-ply rubber-cord toroidal shell provided with channel facilitating delivery of heat carrier inside its interior cavity is mounted on the template to embrace its external surface. Cable is then wound up with uniform pitch and tensioning. The formed carcass is then cut along the perimeter of the internal surface of the template. Building rings are mounted in the tire and carcass edges are beaded over them. The breaker, tread and other parts are mounted. The tire together with the template and the rubber-cord shell is placed in curing mold. The heat carrier is then delivered into the shell and the air between the shell and the carcass is removed.
