FIELD: tire industry; pneumatic tires.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of manufacture of pneumatic tire casing, reinforcement layers of carcass and breaker are prepared and cut out, and assembling is carried out including forming of blank of layers of carcass, applying layers of metal cord and textile layers of breaker, side strips and tread cap onto blank and forming and curing of tire casing. Threads of base of breaker textile layers are grouped by two, minimum, and textile layers are cut out being non-rubberized. Said non-rubberized textile layers of breaker are applied to casing blank, then tread cap is applied and forming of blank and its curing are carried out.
EFFECT: reduced mass of tire at provision of higher speed endurance.
