FIELD: transportation of loads. SUBSTANCE: arrangement has actuator made in the form of plate 1 provided with at least three rods; one of them (rod 2) is rigidly connected with plate and is positioned in its center and two other rods 3 and 4 are mounted symmetrically relative to rod 2 for dynamically directed movement in vertical plane and are provided with strikers 5. Rods 3 and 4 fitted with collars 6 are passed through holes in plate 1 and associated therewith by means of resilient members 7. Striker 8 is made in the form of pendulum 8 mounted on plate 1 with the aid of pivot 9. Secured on free end of pendulum is single-shaft unbalance vibration exciter 10 with strikers 11 positioned oppositely relative to axis of rotation of unbalance shaft 12. Axle of pivot 9 passes through center of inertia 0 of arrangement and in parallel with axis O₁ of unbalance shaft 12. Striking part is closed with casing 13 with lifting lug 14 secured in its upper part. Casing 13 is associated with plate 1 with the aid of springs 15.
