FIELD: transporting loose materials. SUBSTANCE: device has support beams 1 having front chamferings for overcoming irregularities and arresting stops 2 positioned outside, working member 3 made of a plate having inlet curved part and trapezium cross-section of working surface. Single-shaft unbalance vibration exciter 5 is mounted on axle 4. The exciter is provided with mechanism for changing inclination of the exciter made of screw 7 with nut 8 pivotally connected to the axle. Working member 3 is coupled with support beams 1 through flexible members 9 provided with pressing screw 10 for control of position of the working member with respect to beams 1 over the height. Center of mass of vibration exciter 5 is shifted with respect to center of mass of working member in the direction that is opposite to direction of its motion. Axle of unbalance shaft 11 is inclined to longitudinal axis of the working member at an acute angle. There is some angle between working surface of the plate and horizon owing to static unbalance of working member. When the vibration exciter is in operation the device moves over top framework of the car, levels off and packs loose material. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
