FIELD: sewage water treatment. SUBSTANCE: balanced IMPULSE flow rate of the water to be supplied to the subsequent treatment facilities is carried out by using a percolating filter. The filter is provided with two additional tanks, the internal tank being placed within the space of the external one. The percolating filter has a control means and a conical outlet nozzle. Under cups 14 of the filter a gathering basin 16 is disposed with an overflow duct 17. Duct 17 is connected to bin 19 by means of a spring 18, Bin 19 has a drainage opening 20 performed in its bottom. A valve 22 enters opening 20, said valve being secured by stem 21. Bin 19 is disposed at the upper part of the internal tank 23 which contains a packing with a microflora 24 attached to it. Conical outlet nozzle 25 is disposed at the lower part of internal tank 23. Internal tank 23 is placed within external tank 26 which is provided with baffle shield 27, gathering through 28 and tube 29 for the sediment removal.
