FIELD: dispersions. SUBSTANCE: device has vibration drive 14 and vertical container 1 for fluid whose top part houses flexible member which is in the form of bellows jacket 9 with open bottom end face. On top end face of bellows jacket there is fixed plate 10 with central hole 11, the plate is rigidly attached to vertical rod 13 by radial ribs, the rod is engageable with vibrator. Vibrations of bellows jacket dipped into fluid results in excitation of dynamic pressure waves and saturation of fluid with gas fed from top part of container This leads to vibroturbulization conditions provided in stationary container and to intensive mixing of dispersion system components.
