SUBSTANCE: in low water filled in flowing water are stone banquettes 1 and 2 and pad 3 between them of coarse-grained material which together with alluvium is cut through with impervious high wall made of mudded up fine-grained ground and low wall. Dam core 7 and toes 8 are filled up to nonflooded elevation. Drilled from surface partially constructed core 7 and between high and low walls are holes 9 through which consolidating grout is injected during low filtration period to establish curtain 12 and combined water impermeable junction of core 7 with base limiting layer 11 formed by curtain 12 and high and low walls.
