FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes disassembly of each bit in two stages. In first stage, bit hollow is filled with liquid. Then, explosive charge is introduced in liquid and initiated to separate bit legs. During second stage, surface concentrated charge is placed between leg and rolling cutter at locking member and initiated to separate rolling cutter from leg. Impact on rolling cutter is effected with the aid of filling its hollow with liquid. Then, placed in liquid and initiated is explosive charge whose shape and size is taken in compliance with the inequality describing charge surface given in invention description. Before producing impact effect the rolling cutter may be placed inside rigid barrier or in viscous medium. Charges of each stage of bit disassembly and impact effect on rolling cutter body of several bits may be connected in single circuit. Charges may be blasted successively or by groups.
