FIELD: drilling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: according to method, removal of pressing stresses in connecting holes for teeth of roller bit body and application of impact pulse are realized by creation of high-voltage electric pulse discharge within amount of liquid located in inner space of roller bit. As a result, occurred in zone of electric pulse discharge are superhigh hydraulic pulse pressures, and their impact action exceed pressure stresses brought to bear on teeth of roller bit. Application of aforesaid method adds efficiency to removing of hard alloy from worn-out roller bits due to possible adjustment of impact pulse. Process of extracting worn-out teeth can be mechanized and automated. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
