FIELD: turbine engineering. SUBSTANCE: working wheel fitted on a shaft is received in a case. The working wheel consists of carrying disk with rotating vanes and inlet and outlet branch pipes. The carrying disk and outlet section of the outlet branch pipe form a cone-shaped chamber. Fixed cone with fastening members received in the inlet branch pipe is mounted upstream of inlet of the chamber and inlet edges of the vanes. The vanes of the working wheel are parallel to its axis of rotation and their inner diameter is grater than inner diameter of the inlet branch pipe and outer diameter is less than outer diameter of the outlet section of the inlet branch pipe.
