FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: temperature-to-translation converter is designed for systems of thermal regulation. Plunger embraced with restoring sealing element in the form of cap anchored in body is partially inserted into body with temperature sensitive solid filling agent. Outer and inner surfaces of cap are built in the form of regular polyhedrons with concave faces which results in minimum of deformation and tension in material of restoring element providing for high cyclical strength.
