FIELD: self-cleaning of filtering surface in self-cleaning filter regenerated by reverse flow of filtrate and tangential flow of part of medium being filtered.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is made in form of load-bearing framework for filtering surface and mud-removal passage provided with inlet nozzle hole located at definite clearance. Framework ensures higher rate of motion of tangential flow in said clearance as compared with reverse flow of filtrate. Provision is made for motion of passage and filtering surface relative to each other. Device ensures positive effect due to use of tangential flow at high rate of motion of liquid in clearance between said hole and section of surface being cleaned. Device may be also used for regeneration of filtering surface at pressures of filtrate when flushing of this surface by reverse flow of filter is not efficient.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; improved deaeration and desorption.
