FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: U-shaped transparent tube is partially filled with working fluid and secured on transparent prism. Scales are made on front and rear faces of prism. Fitted in each bend of tube is axially symmetric float, for instance, in shape of ball. Nozzles are installed on ends of tube.
