SUBSTANCE: device for formation of sound absorption with metal plate in liquid has two parallel metal plates connected to source of constant voltage via key and supplementary metal plates connected to source of constant voltage via key and supplementary metal plate located close to first two plates. Supplementary plate is connected to source of constant voltage via key. Unit for delay of switching on of generator of video pulses is linked to input of mentioned generator and adder is coupled to its output. Input of adder is connected to unit for delay of switching on of generator of video pulses and its output is linked to key. With this parallel metal plates are electrically interconnected and distance between them is smaller or equal to odd number of lengths of waves of acoustic emission into liquid.
