SUBSTANCE: device has row of current- and sound- conducting parallel plates, row of potentiometers, which are connected in series, video pulse oscillator and gate, which are connected in series. Gate input is connected to first terminal of direct voltage power supply, gate output is connected to second current-conducting plate. Another terminal of direct voltage power supply is connected to first current-conducting plate. Input of first potentiometer is connected to gate output, its output is connected to second current-conducting plate. outputs of other potentiometers are connected to corresponding additional current-conducting plates. All current-conducting plates are spaced by distance, which is less than or equal to quarter of wavelength for acoustic signals in liquid for given maximal frequency.
