FIELD: charging devices for cells and batteries. SUBSTANCE: device has ac source 1, reversed polarity rectifier diode 2, two voltage stabilizing diodes 6 and 7, control transistor 10 and output transistor 11, two limiting resistors 3 and 5, variable resistor 9 in control transistor base circuit, and discharge resistor 14 placed between device output terminals. Ammeter 13 is connected between reversed polarity rectifier diode and device minus output terminal. Use of capacitor 8 connected in parallel with voltage stabilizing diodes 6 and 7 and limiting resistor 4 in control transistor base circuit enhances stability of operation of voltage stabilizing diodes and stabilizes their control voltage. Resistor 12 placed in emitter circuit of output transistor 11 stabilizes its operating point. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
